A New Beginning

Here we are in 2007 already. Many things lay ahead of us all. The year 2006 has come and gone and with it many memories have been created. Here at the Elrod family of companies, another company was created. In the Spring of 2006 Grace Realty Professionals, Inc. opened for business. Grace is a further extension of what we can do in the commercial and residential real estate markets. Grace was founded upon the same principles that all of the other Elrod companies have been founded upon. First and foremost, we acknowledge that without God and His abundant Grace none of this would be possible. Thus the name, Grace Realty Professionals, Inc. We have always strived to provide the best service to our customers, by taking a sincere interest, and paying close attention to detail whatever the relationship may be. Grace will be focused primarily on the commercial real estate market. Areas of focus will include commercial investment, commercial leasing, land, and property management.

In 2006, we focused on exiting some of the existing Elrod/SonRise assets in an effort to expand the development of new properties. Grace listed and sold 6 of the Elrod/SonRise existing properties, which has enabled Elrod/SonRise and Currahee Home Builders Inc. to continue to expand and develop in various markets in the Metro Atlanta area.
