Since 1998, Elrod Development

 History
Elrod Development, LLC.
Elrod Development, LLC. was started in 1998 by R. J. (Buddy)
Elrod and his three sons Steve, Mike and Ronnie. Steve
Elrod was the Managing Partner from 1998 to 2001. Steve
managed the company as they began by developing and constructing
office buildings in Duluth, Gainesville and Athens, Georgia.
Mike Elrod became the Managing Partner
in 2003 when the company decided to diversify. The first
commercial retail development was completed in 2004 in
Grayson, Georgia. Elrod Development recently purchased
three properties in Walton County for a residential community
development. Property in South Forsyth (Windermere Parkway)
for a 80,000 square foot mixed use development.
Look for our new 100,000 sq ft mixed use development coming
soon to Loganville.
Elrod Development is active in the Gwinnett
County, Athens-Clarke, and Walton County Chambers of Commerce.
We are also active members of the Council for Quality
Growth. |
